History; My booklet of ideas titled, An End to the Nightmare
are my ideas and routines for the Professor's Nightmare.
In 1977, I performed "An End to the Nightmare" for
Sid Lorraine, Bruce Posgate, and Stewart James at the
Abbott Magic Get-Together convention in Colon Michigan.
They informed me that they had never seen this ending
to the Professor's Nightmare before, neither in person
nor in print and that they believed it to be an original idea
of mine. I first came up with the idea in 1976, however,
I did not put it into print until 1982, at the suggestion
of my good friend Karrell Fox.
Permission to include the original Professor's Nightmare instructions
was granted to me by Karl Norman and Phil Willmarth who owned the rights.
Permission to include the Professor's Incubus instructions
was granted to me by Jerry Mentzer and Jon Racherbaumer who owned the rights.
